Telling Tent combines original Taiwanese animation, panoramic projection, somatosensory installations, and sound-and-light effects to create an immersive theater experience for children and families. Live actors portray animated characters who move through the audience, breaking the boundaries of perspective and seamlessly blending the real and the virtual. The performance invites viewers to open all five senses and engage deeply with the story in ways beyond imagination.

The Lost Robot

In a small town, there’s a repair shop where “everything can be fixed.” One day, the eccentric shop owner, Dr. Strange, accidentally transforms a customer’s broken refrigerator into a robot named A-NO. During an experiment, the doctor causes an unexpected explosion that blasts A-NO far across the ocean. Luckily, A-NO lands on a tiny boat. How will he find his way home?

Dragon King’s Job Hunting Diary

The Dragon King puppet is part of the Puppet Theater Museum’s collection—but he’s not content to quietly retire as a static display. Determined to step out of his comfort zone, the Dragon King sets off in search of a new job! What kind of work will truly speak to his heart? And what unexpected adventures await him on this journey?

Godparents Are Deities

Da-Bao and his loyal dog Hei-Pi set off on a grand journey to visit temples. One day, during their search for their divine godparents, they step into the Koxinga Shrine. Telling Tent centers around the concept of nomadic theater, combining children’s art with technology to create a parent-child theatrical experience that can be installed in indoor venues or constructed as an outdoor tent. The team is dedicated to creating original animations and scripts that are presented through live storytellers and immersive panoramic projections paired with effects such as lighting, sound, fog, rain, vibration, and scent. These efforts create fully immersive experiences that inspire children’s curiosity about the world and encourage diverse perspectives.
